The European Commission has launched a review study of the regulations on ecodesign and energy labelling requirements for household tumble driers. The study covers the review of Commission Regulation (EU) No 932/2012 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012.

The study is carried out by Viegand Maagøe A/S for the European Commission, DG Energy. The study started in July 2017 and is expected to be finished in the spring of 2019.
